Shelter killing is the leading cause of death for healthy dogs and cats in the United States (and in Hampton Roads), but you can help change this statistic.

You are cordially invited to attend the Norfolk viewing of “Redemption: The No Kill Revolution in America,” a story of betrayal, hope and compassion. Do not miss the opportunity to see this ground-breaking documentary and meet the filmmaker, Nathan Winograd. The screening will be followed by a reception and seminar on how to build a No Kill community.

P.S. 99% of the film is uplifting and while a small number of images may be difficult, they are not gratuitous. While we expect people who see it will experience a range of emotions, the primary ones they will come away with are hope, inspiration, empowerment, and redemption. In short, it is safe for animal lovers to watch!
